Why this matters
I was the first in my family to go to university, and the first to work in a corporate job. Nobody at home could tell me how to choose a career path, read office politics or ask for a promotion, so I learned it all the hard way. Plenty of women are still in that spot today, and talent has nothing to do with it: what they lack is access. I built CoworkHer to give every woman access to a mentor in her corner, whoever she knows and wherever she starts, so that she can be guided in every aspect of her career.

Questions
Who gets my seat?
If you name a woman, she does. If you leave it blank, we give it to a woman who applied and needs it.
Can I choose the woman?
Yes. Add her name and email at checkout and we contact her to get started.
How long does a sponsorship last?
Most tiers cover one year of mentoring. The €100 tier covers around five months.
Can I give more than one seat?
Yes. Choose the €500 or €1,000+ tier, or write to us if you want to sponsor seats for a team: info@coworkher.co
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt by email. Once she is matched with a mentor, we send you a short update.
